Deliveries & Pick-Ups

Deliveries provided every Sunday 

Sacramento, CA- 8:00 am to 3:30 pm  

  • Please note that delivery times to your neighborhood will vary week by week. We will provide an estimated 'one-two hour window' the Saturday evening prior to your delivery* If you will not be home in the timeframe provided, leave an ice chest accessible for delivery personnel
  • Deliveries are to residential neighborhoods ONLY. Deliveries to apartment complex must provide a gate code. If we do not have entry access and you are unresponsive to calls or text, we will wait five minutes, then continue our route, we will not return, and you will be responsible to pick up your meals on a later date.

Pick Ups Sacramento ONLY

Meals are ready for pick up at our NEW LOCATION! Pick-Ups will be facilitated between 8:00 am - 12:30 pm every Sunday in South Sacramento: 25 Quinta Ct, Suite A, 95823

You will be sent a text reminder the Saturday prior to your pick-up 

NOTE: If you have placed an order for pick up, please insure you have a backup plan in place for someone to pick up your meals in the case you cannot pick up. Once you have selected pick up option and request delivery you will be charged a $10 delivery fee (this is only if we can facilitate the addition to our existing route). If you do not show (without notice), you are willfully forfeiting your meals and no refund will issued. 

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Order cancellations must be in official writing and sent to us via email or text. To receive a full refund for an order that has been placed but not fulfilled, you must notify us by Friday 11:59 p.m. 

Refunds: Once we have fulfilled your order, refunds will be issued on case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny or issue refunds once orders have been delivered. 

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
